A few months back, a past client called regarding selling one of his townhomes. We educated him on the market and the fact that he was most likely in a short sale situation.
Although he did not like the idea of doing a short sale, he did realize that it was the best option for him.
We listed the home, marketed it, and received an offer.
My team negotiated with both his first and second mortgage companies, and we made it to the closing table!
